About Planatol
Planatol GmbH, headquartered in Rohrdorf (Rosenheim district), has been developing and producing industrial adhesives and the associated adhesive application systems since 1932. The product range includes dispersions, reactive PUR hot-melt adhesives, EVA hot-melt adhesives, granulate and powder glues, coating-ready pressure-sensitive adhesives on dispersion and solvent bases, and solvent-free adhesive tapes based on UV-crosslinked acrylates. The Rohrdorf site houses the dispersion and PUR production as well as the mechanical engineering for the company's own application systems; in Herford, EVA hot-melt adhesives and all granulate and powder products are manufactured. In addition to the smallest individual recipes starting from a can, Planatol supplies up to container quantities. The combined know-how in chemistry and mechanical engineering serves the graphic arts industry, the packaging and paper processing industry, the wood and furniture industry, the film and sandwich panel industry, and further special applications. Through subsidiaries in France and Italy, the company is represented in over 100 countries.
