Planol is a manufacturer of cleaning chemistry for professional building cleaning, based in Hanau and established since 1963. The product range includes cleaning and care products, cleaning concentrates, air fresheners and floor coatings for applications such as industrial buildings, office buildings, workshops, sports halls and gastronomy. In addition to its own products, the company offers contract manufacturing and contract filling of cleaning agents in the private-label sector – from formulation development in its in-house laboratory to production in agitating mixing tanks and filling into containers between 0.5 and 1000 litres, labelling, packaging and order picking. The products are formulated PFAS-free and without intentionally added microplastic particles, and a large part of the portfolio is vegan and halal-compliant. Distribution takes place via the specialist wholesale of the distribution partner igefa, by direct delivery by truck or collection at the Hanau site. The company is part of the Piepenbrock Group.
