PMB Präzisionsmaschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1999 and is a manufacturing company of the INHATEC Group based in Steinfeld-Hausen (Raiffeisenstraße 6), between Würzburg and Aschaffenburg. As a contract manufacturer, the company produces parts and components for mechanical engineering, including rollers and gear blanks for the printing machinery industry, steering bars for heavy-duty trailers, bushes for truck axles, aluminium housings for linear motors, turned and milled parts for the food industry, precision parts for linear guide systems, protective sleeves for metrology and power plant construction with TÜV acceptance, as well as cylinder tubes, piston rods and pipes for pressure and piston accumulators. All common structural and stainless steels as well as aluminium, brass, copper, cast iron and gunmetal are processed. The value chain includes CNC turning with part lengths up to 4,000 mm, 3-axis and 5-axis milling with machining envelopes up to 1,000 x 600 x 600 mm, drilling, sawing, grinding, welding (pulse and TIG processes) as well as cleaning. Production is carried out in small and large series; the quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The company also offers CIC coating®.
