About PMG Powder Metal Goldschmidt
The PMG Powder Metal Goldschmidt Group has been active in powder metallurgy for over 60 years and develops and produces custom solutions with around 1,700 employees in seven to eight plants in Europe, Asia and the USA. Production follows the powder metal process: components are pressed and sintered directly from metal powder, which enables complex geometries in net-shape with fewer process steps, high material utilization and low energy consumption. The portfolio includes transmission, engine, steering and shock absorber products for the automotive industry (combustion, hybrid and electric), soft magnetic components for electric motors, and products for commercial vehicles, e-bikes, agricultural and construction machinery, shipbuilding, medical technology and the energy sector. Under the "One Global Factory" concept, PMG offers full-service packages from product and co-development to testing and validation through to series production, assembly and warehouse management. The registered office and headquarters of PMG Holding GmbH are located in Füssen in the Bavarian Allgäu.
