About pneumed GmbH
pneumed GmbH is a family-owned company from Idar-Oberstein and manufacturer of the original pneumatron®200 devices for Pneumatic Pulsation Massage (PPT/M). The method, developed and patented by physician Stefan Deny, generates intermittent negative pressure that triggers vacuum waves pulsing perpendicular to the body surface, thereby treating deeper tissue and muscle areas as well as fascia. The product portfolio includes the pneumatron®200 devices (N Standard and N Komfort), a heating unit for thermo bells, bells made of acrylic glass, real glass and silicone, as well as hose systems with quick couplings. The plastic bells are produced by injection moulding from Lucryl KR 2006/1 or silicone rubber; real glass bells are made of borosilicate glass; hose systems are made of DEHP-free PVC. The products are manufactured entirely in Idar-Oberstein and used in pain therapy and rehabilitation, wellness and cosmetics, top-level sport, and veterinary medicine. The range is complemented by expert advice, repairs, webinars and a patient service.
