About PoliTrempe

PoliTrempe SA was founded in 2008 by Jean-Paul Farine and is an industrial supplier for the termination treatment of micro-components, particularly from the high-end watch industry. Its range of services includes heat treatment (hardening), cryogenic treatment down to -85 °C, vibratory finishing, blocage (superfinish/poli noir), brush polishing, roulage, blasting and micro-blasting, chemical deburring as well as electroplating coatings such as electrolytic and chemical nickel plating, 2N/3N gold plating and rhodium plating. Materials processed include carbon steels (20AP, Finemac, LAW100), stainless steel, titanium and precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Its customers are watch manufacturers, the jewellery and gemstone industry as well as micromechanics; every batch is counted and weighed without gaps and delivered with an inspection report. The company employs 63 staff (over 80 % female), has belonged to the Acrotec Group since 2021 and is headquartered in Courrendlin (Switzerland), where it is the only structure in Switzerland to combine all termination treatments under one roof.
