About Poly-clip System
Poly-clip System is a German family business founded in 1922 with its headquarters in Hattersheim am Main and is regarded as the world's leading provider of clip-closing solutions. The company develops and manufactures clipping machines – from manual table-top machines and semi-automatic devices to double clipping automat machines such as the FCA 160, FCA 3401 and ICA 4.3 – as well as consumables such as clips, loops, labels and bags. The invented double-clip process enables the simultaneous closure of the beginning and end of a sausage and revolutionized industrial sausage production. Machine components in product-contact areas are made of high-quality stainless steel or titanium; wear parts such as punches, dies and deflector plates are manufactured in-house. Clip and loop production is subject to strict quality inspections, and the SAFE-COAT safety coating is food-safe and monitored by the SGS Institut Fresenius. With more than 800 patents, Poly-clip System supplies not only the meat processing industry but also poultry processing, dairies, convenience foods, vegan/meat substitutes, and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and exports around 90% of its revenue via a sales network in more than 145 countries.
