About POLYFILL Verwaltungs-GmbH
POLYFILL Verwaltungs-GmbH is the owner and operator of the premises of the former Polyfill Produktions GmbH in Absam near Innsbruck. The former textile nonwoven and wadding production was shut down; since then, office and warehouse space on the site has been leased and managed. The factory halls with their 'industrial charm' have been adapted to today's use: fiber-optic internet, central heating, a fire alarm system with a direct fire brigade connection to the Tyrol control center, parking spaces, and a bus stop right at the door. Tenants are businesses from the creative industries, including an architecture firm, an exclusive interiors company, a photo studio, a lighting design office, and a designer and sewing business for paraglider canopies. No manufacturing takes place today; the company is focused on leasing and property management.
