About POWER-HYDRAULIK

POWER-HYDRAULIK GmbH is a family-run mid-sized company founded in 1977 in Sulz am Neckar, specialising in the design and manufacture of hydraulic control blocks, prototypes and complete systems. The product range includes complex control blocks from the size of a cigarette pack up to 1,000 mm edge length and 1 tonne in weight, made from aluminium, cast iron and steel, as well as complementary valve technology, electronic controls with joysticks, gear flow dividers and small AC/DC power units. The value chain extends from CAD design (Top Solid V6, data import as Inventor IPT, STEP, DXF) via CAM programming and CNC manufacturing on seven Heller 4-axis machining centres, a Hermle 3-axis machine for prototypes and a Hermle 5-axis machine with automation, through to deep-hole drilling (6 x D to 30 x D, up to 800 mm depth, 75 mm diameter, Rz < 4). This is followed by manual and thermal deburring, cleaning including high-pressure lances, finishing, assembly and function testing. Customers come from agricultural machinery, construction machinery, municipal technology, conveying technology and stationary machinery — from car lifting platforms to tunnel boring machines. The company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1997.
