About us
PP Plomer Plastik GmbH is a family-owned business from Ansbach that has been producing precise injection-molded parts from thermoplastics since 2011. In 3-shift operation, plastic parts with a shot weight of up to 550 grams in high-impact PS are produced using injection molding machines with clamping forces of up to 200 tons, so that larger quantities can also be implemented efficiently. Almost all common plastics are processed, including ABS, PC, PVC, PP, PE and PA 66. In addition to injection molding, the company offers sustainable material preparation with its own extruder, in which certain materials are reprocessed. In mold making, the company has been working for many years with a nearby toolmaker and supports customers from the initial idea through material selection to the finished part. Its customer industries include optical parts such as motorcycle lenses, roof safety systems, the cosmetics industry and dentistry.
