About PPS Pipeline Systems

PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH is a specialist in pipeline and plant construction headquartered in Quakenbrück with six sites across Germany. The company manufactures piping spools and plant segments in nominal sizes from DN 25 to DN 1400, constructs pipeline and piping systems as well as gas facilities such as compressor stations, gas pressure regulating and metering stations (GDRM), gas mixing and natural gas treatment plants, and biogas feed-in plants. Its core competence is welding technology: from fully mechanized MAG welding in pipeline construction and TIG duplex orbital welding to mechanized submerged-arc welding for pipes with diameters of 400 to 1,400 mm; all conventional materials of pipeline and plant construction as well as titanium and nickel-based alloys are welded. The value chain includes detailed engineering, prefabrication, installation, pressure testing, line inspection, EMSR technology and plant operation. Customers come primarily from the oil and gas industry, energy supply and district heating; for years the company has also been active in biogas and hydrogen projects. PPS belongs to the Austrian HABAU GROUP.
