About us
Präziform Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG was founded on 01.10.1980 in Aachen as an owner-managed company and specializes in the processing and machining of plastics. The manufacturing spectrum includes prototypes, small and large series as well as custom-made products in the field of apparatus and vessel construction. A focus lies on DIN flanges made of plastic: since 1990, the company has been producing glass fiber inserts for UP-GF flanges in the injection process in large series, and since 1997 PP-GF flanges with steel inserts. The PP-V flange, patented in 2002, made of pure glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene, has been established on the market as a standard product since 2003. The processing options include CNC milling up to a sheet size of 2 x 1 m, turning, sawing, wire and extrusion welding, hot-edge welding, forming, adhesive bonding technology as well as the low-pressure casting of epoxy, PU and silicone compounds. In addition, Präziform offers design and development, model and mold making as well as adaptation and repair of individual parts and systems.
