Präzisionstechnik Hilter GmbH is a contract manufacturer of precision machined parts produced to drawing. Its service portfolio includes CNC milling on horizontal, vertical, gantry and bed-type milling machines including 5-axis machining, CNC turning on horizontal and vertical lathes, the production of external and internal gears in the module range up to 20, precision jig boring as well as surface and cylindrical grinding. The machine fleet ranges from compact universal milling machines to gantry milling machines with coupleable tables of 4.000 x 2.500 mm and horizontal machining centres with work areas up to 2.800 x 1.800 x 1.800 mm; turning lengths up to 2.000 mm are possible. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering, the supply industry and precision mechanics. The company is located in Hilter am Teutoburger Wald in Lower Saxony and, as a contract manufacturer, produces exclusively to customer order. The management is held by Claudia Klotzbach; the GmbH is registered with the district court of Osnabrück.

Horizontal and vertical turning with turning diameters up to 700 mm and turning lengths up to 2.000 mm.
Gear Manufacturing
Hobbing and shaping of external and internal gears up to module 20 and diameters up to 1.600 mm.
Precision Jig Boring
Machining of housings and fitting bores on Dixi jig boring machines with machining lengths up to 2.400 mm.
Surface and Cylindrical Grinding
Surface grinding up to 500 x 200 x 150 mm and cylindrical grinding up to diameter 1.000 mm to maintain surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
