About PLI

PRETTL Lighting & Interior GmbH (PLI) develops and manufactures lighting systems as well as complex plastic modules and systems for vehicle interiors and exteriors. The value chain ranges from product definition and conception through simulation and calculation, design, optics and electronics development to toolmaking, plastic injection molding (1K/2K), surface technology, joining processes, assembly and EOL testing. The process portfolio includes pad printing, laser marking, PVD coating, metallization and painting. Manufacturing processes and materials are primarily plastic injection molding. Customers come from the automotive, commercial vehicle, two-wheeler, agricultural and e-mobility industries, among others with components for the charging technology of electric vehicles. The company is part of PRETTL Produktions Holding GmbH and employs more than 500 staff at five sites in Germany, Portugal, Mexico, Poland and the Czech Republic. The headquarters with development center is located in Pfullingen.
