About Printapart Engineering
Printapart Engineering is a sole proprietorship founded in 2021 by Dipl.-Ing. Felix Radisch (mechanical engineering, specializing in lightweight construction and plastics technology), based in Odenthal in North Rhine-Westphalia. The company develops, manufactures and sells its own technical products for smart home and mobile air conditioning via direct sales – deliberately without contract manufacturing. Under the Cadelux brand, light switch covers and adapters for the Philips Hue smart light system as well as corner brackets for Philips Hue and IKEA Tradfri motion detectors are created; since summer 2024, Cadeflux, a patent-pending exhaust air nozzle for mobile air conditioners that clamps onto tilt windows, has complemented the range. Manufacturing is done in small series using additive processes (3D printing) from plastic; the corner brackets are joined by industrial three-point bonding. In addition to the standard range, Printapart offers individual design and color customization as well as bulk order quantities for offices, medical practices and law firms. Distribution takes place with fast delivery from NRW, also beyond the German-speaking region.
