About pro3dure medical
pro3dure medical is a medical technology company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Iserlohn (North Rhine-Westphalia). Under the guiding principle "Materials are our DNA", the company develops and produces materials for digital workflows at its German site – from 3D printing resins to milling blanks and silicone materials. The product portfolio brands audioprint® (audiology), printodent® (dental) and otosil® (otoplasty silicones) are aimed at specialist businesses in audiology/hearing acoustics, dental technology and medical technology. In addition to materials, pro3dure distributes validated 3D printing systems (including Asiga, Prusa Medical, Miicraft), cleaning and post-curing equipment, and scanners, and advises customers on implementing 3D-based process chains. With its MSI® technology (Multi-Species Inhibition), developed in collaboration with Unilever/Penrhos Bio, the company offers functional materials for reducing biofilms on surfaces. Training is provided by the pro3dure Academy in Iserlohn and a training laboratory in Minneapolis (USA). The products are available in over 30 countries.

Materials & Processes
audioprint® 3D printing resins (GR-, HPR-, INR series)
Biocompatible UV resins for earpieces, ITC shells and hearing aid components in audiology.
printodent® 3D printing resins (GR series)
Biocompatible resins for dental applications such as models, splints, drill guides, denture bases and provisionals.
otosil® silicones (ES-, IS series)
Otoplasty and impression silicones in various Shore A hardnesses for flexible earpieces and ear impressions.
SysTherm® cast 2.0 / SysTherm® ECO
Cast material with Active Separation Technology (AST®) for actively supporting the curing of thermo-flexible casting materials; SysTherm® ECO as a thermoplastic material.
Milling blanks (polymers)
Subtractively processable polymer blanks for the dental milling workflow, some with MSI® technology.
MSI® technology (Multi-Species Inhibition)
Biomimetic technology for reducing biofilms on material surfaces, developed in collaboration with Unilever/Penrhos Bio.
LCR-1 light-curing gel
Thixotropic gel used, among other things, for casting techniques and repair of 3D printed casting objects with residue-free burnout.
3D printing (SLA/DLP, UV resins)
Additive manufacturing with UV-curing resins on validated printer platforms.
