PROBIOTEC GmbH is an independent consulting company based in Düren-Gürzenich and part of the weyer gruppe. Founded in 1985 as a spin-off of horst weyer und partner, the company operates in the business areas of environmental protection, technical auditing, and urban development and urban planning. Its services include permitting management, environmental impact assessments, immission forecasts, emissions trading, contaminated site and land management, construction auditing and construction controlling, inspections under the KWK-G and EEG, and the implementation of management systems according to DIN ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001. Around 30 employees, including publicly appointed and sworn experts for environmental permitting procedures, advance more than 200 customer projects every year. As a member of the weyer gruppe, projects can be accompanied from planning through safety engineering consulting to commissioning from a single source.
