ProfilAktiv GmbH specialises in mounting, fastening and anchoring technology and manufactures mounting profiles (C-profile rails), mounting angles, hook-head bolts, hammer-head bolts, threaded plates (channel nuts), pipe clamps and support brackets made of steel and stainless steel. The product range includes standard products as well as custom-made parts to drawing or sample, such as fixed lengths, special hole patterns or pipe clamps in special dimensions. Hook-head bolts are hot-forged up to M100 with lengths up to 6000 mm; hammer-head bolts are available in M6 to M12 (up to M16 depending on head design) and lengths up to 200 mm. Surfaces are electro-galvanised or hot-dip galvanised. Customer industries include conveying and transport technology, building and solar technology including heat pumps, pipeline construction, the elevator industry and civil engineering as well as mechanical and plant engineering. A service centre with a modern machine park, a fully automated high-bay warehouse, assembly/kitting and personal labelling complement the manufacturing operations. The company maintains a corporate headquarters in Rüsselsheim and a branch office in Plettenberg.
