About Prokosch
Prokosch Pumpen und Armaturen GmbH is a German manufacturer of valves for demanding control and shut-off tasks. With more than 60 years of industrial experience, hundreds of thousands of pumps and valves have been delivered to thousands of customers worldwide. At its own plant in Germany, ball valves (flanged, threaded-male-nipple and ADR versions), pneumatically actuated pinch valves, ring nozzles for pneumatic conveying and sight glasses are manufactured and assembled. The products are made from material combinations of aluminium, grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel and steel; seats and seals are made of PTFE, E-PTFE, UHMWPE, FKM, NBR, FEP and EPDM. Using a modular system, the valves can be configured, automated and supplied as special versions with coating, lining, armouring or connections to DIN-EN, ANSI and JIS. Customer groups include OEMs, plant and machinery manufacturers, and plant operators from transport and logistics, airfield technology, process industry, agriculture, basic and construction materials, waste and recycling, as well as civil protection and defence technology.

All products are manufactured at the company's own plant in Germany and inspected according to an ISO 9001 certified quality management system; a control and measurement system extends from incoming material at suppliers to final inspection. Works certificates according to EN 10204 2.2 and 3.1 are available on request; pinch valve housings are tested at test pressures above 24 bar.
