About PROLINE
PROLINE GmbH is an owner-managed family company based in Freudenstadt in the Black Forest and manufactures one-piece forged wheels in aerospace aluminum for OEM programs, the defense sector, motorsport and four of its own aftermarket brands (PROLINE, ORCA, LUETHEN Motorsport, RFK Tuning). All value creation takes place at the site: design and FEM simulation, CNC turning of the forged blank, 5-axis milling of the spoke contour in a single setup with tolerances down to 0.01 mm, surface treatment by blasting, polishing and brushing, as well as powder and paint coating. The machine park comprises more than 24 CNC machining centers, including 18 5-axis milling centers; capacity is around 25,000 forged wheels per year. In addition to forged wheels, the company offers aftermarket product lines in cast and flow-formed construction. Wheels are exported to 67 countries.
