About Promas
Promas GmbH was founded in 2000 as a service company for the woodworking industry. Service demand initially focused on the Eastern European region, and good contacts with furniture manufacturers enabled rapid company growth. Today, Promas sells used and new woodworking machines from renowned Western European manufacturers to many countries worldwide. The portfolio includes machines for furniture production, joineries, furniture factories and sawmills, including panel sizing systems, four-side planers, wide-belt and brush sanding machines, coating and application machines, and drying systems. In addition to the sale of new and used machines and the purchase of functional used machines, the company offers dismantling and loading, transport organization, assembly and commissioning, repairs and overhauls, as well as contract painting. In Barntrup, a showroom and warehouse hall (Hall 11) is available, with demonstration and painting machines for rental.
