About Prosiref
Prosiref is a company founded in 1988 and based near Lyon, specialising in the sale and processing (machining) of refractory materials. The product range includes refractory bricks (dense with 30–80% Al2O3 as well as insulating class-26 bricks up to 1430 °C), high-alumina refractory concretes, ceramic fibres, bio-soluble fibres, calcium silicate boards, vermiculite, microporous boards, refractory textiles, sealants, mortars and anchors. In addition to the standard range, the company manufactures parts to drawing and performs thermal calculations as an engineering service. Its customers come from the high-temperature industry as well as the ceramics and glass sectors, ranging from heating installers to tradespeople; originally Prosiref served heavy industry, later e-commerce was added. The head office and a large warehouse are located in Lozanne (69380), with a north-east warehouse in Gondreville (54840); delivery is usually within 24 to 48 hours of payment receipt.
