About PSA Zuführtechnik
PSA Zuführtechnik GmbH develops and manufactures feeding and sorting systems based on vibration technology for aseptic processes, primarily for the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology. The portfolio includes rotary vibration technology, linear feed units, storage hoppers, vibration tables, steep conveyors, and sorting systems for piston stoppers, flip-off caps, mushroom or lyophilization stoppers, and piston rods. The value chain ranges from AI-based simulation, project planning and engineering through CNC manufacturing to assembly and worldwide service. Since 2025, the company operates its own electropolishing plant and offers pickling, electropolishing to Ra 0.4 µm, glass bead blasting, and passivation for stainless steel components up to 600 mm in diameter. Production follows GMP guidelines such as Annex 1 and the EU GMP Guidelines Part 1. Founded in 2011 in Schwäbisch Hall and originally part of the RNA Group, the company has been based in Wolpertshausen since 2022 and has been ISO 9001 certified since 2012.

Materials & Processes
Electropolishing
Electrochemical removal of the topmost material layer for smooth, low-porosity surfaces up to Ra 0.4 µm with improved sterilizability and corrosion resistance.
Pickling
Acid treatment for the removal of scale, temper colors and impurities for metallurgically clean stainless steel surfaces.
Glass bead blasting
Gentle blasting process with glass beads for matte, homogeneous surfaces without material removal, suitable for medical technology components.
Passivation
Regeneration of the chromium oxide layer of stainless steel to improve corrosion protection.
Vibration technology
Rotary vibration technology, linear feed units, storage hoppers, vibration tables and steep conveyors for feeding systems.
AI-based simulation
Simulation of systems and processes for efficient planning and development.
