PSI Technics GmbH in Winningen near Koblenz is an interdisciplinary competence center for cross-industry process optimization through AI-supported solutions, automation and digitalization. For more than 20 years, the company has stood for industrial expertise, precision and innovative strength. Its range of services includes the modular AI suite mupudia (GAIN, RPA, BI, VISION), AI agents for operational workflows, business analytics based on the ASUM-DM process, digital shopfloor management as well as digital assistance systems for knowledge management in production. In addition to software development, the company manufactures sensor protective housings of the TPCC series (Thermo Protection Cooling Case), which protect optical sensors from temperatures of –40°C to +80°C, dust and radiant heat. Another core area is positioning solutions for storage and retrieval machines (AS/RS), overhead cranes, transfer cars and lifting technology, including vibration compensation, energy optimization and retrofitting of older systems. Customers include Hactl, Volkswagen and Bosch; industries range from manufacturing and intralogistics to energy and metals as well as the automotive and pharmaceutical industries.
