Sensor and connection technology from a single source

Pulsotronic GmbH, based in Niederdorf (Saxony), is part of the PHOENIX CONTACT Group and develops and manufactures customized solutions in sensor and connection technology. The portfolio includes inductive, capacitive, optical, ultrasonic and magnetically sensitive sensors as well as radar, tilt and strain gauge sensors, connectors, distribution elements and electronic assemblies. The site features high vertical integration: in-house toolmaking for stamping and injection molding tools, injection molding including multi-component and overmolding technology, precision stamping of socket and pin contacts, cable assembly, automated SMT and manual THT PCB assembly, as well as potting and foaming with UL-approved 2K-PUR and silicones up to protection class IP68. Assembly of complex assemblies is performed manually and automatically from small series to large-scale production, followed by functional testing, software validation and customer-specific packaging. Customers include industries such as automation, mobile machinery, rail, intralogistics, renewable energies, medical technology as well as the wood, paper, glass, plastics, food and chemical industries. With more than 60 years of experience, the company supports projects from the first idea to series production.
