Pursonic GmbH is an independent company within the Revox Group, headquartered in Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest. The company manufactures invisible flat-panel speakers (soundboards) based on the bending wave transducer principle: special membranes only a few millimeters thick, made of polymer or carbon-coated materials, which are installed completely invisibly under plaster, paint, wallpaper or in wall and ceiling claddings made of wood and wood-based panels. The product range includes Flex Boards, Classic Boards, Carbon Boards (with high-performance membrane for outdoor applications and temperatures from -20 to +80 °C), SB 40 wood slim and aqua slim for damp rooms, as well as an invisible subwoofer, amplifiers and accessories such as high-pass filters, mounting frames and embedment enclosures for in-situ concrete. Production takes place in the company's own manufacturing facility at its headquarters, where development, sales and marketing are also located. Areas of application include private living spaces, hotels, conference rooms, gastronomy and museums. The company holds registered intellectual property rights and provides advice on custom special solutions and customer-specific geometries.
