Qualicut AG is a contract-manufacturing supplier for sheet metal, cutting and machining technology, headquartered in Volketswil in the canton of Zurich. The company manufactures parts and assemblies using laser and waterjet cutting (abrasive and pure water), CNC milling, drilling, CNC bending and welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, welding robots), and complements production with in-house painting and deburring using a rotary brush machine. Materials processed include aluminium, stainless steel/steel, non-ferrous metals, titanium, plastics, fibre-reinforced plastics, glass, ceramics/stone, granite, rubber and foams. From cutting and machining through to kitting of assembly sets, ready-to-install components are produced for mechanical and apparatus engineering, structural steelwork, advertising technology, trade fair construction, the flooring industry, aviation, motorsport and motorhome technology. Founded in 2002, the company employs 15 staff, maintains a large material warehouse, works digitally in production and administration, and supplies around 400 customers. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SQS.

Qualicut AG founded on 1 July 2002 by Frank Riehle as principal shareholder and 6 other persons; order processing in Mönchaltorf (ZH) on a Bystronic waterjet machine.
- 2006
Relocation to Uster due to growth; 1000 m² of floor space.
- 2014
Certification of the quality management system to ISO 9001; at that time 4 waterjet machines and one welding robot.
- 2015
Relocation to Hölzliwisenstrasse in Volketswil; 2000 m²; expansion of the service portfolio to include laser and waterjet cutting, welding, milling, bending and painting.
