About Quattroflow

Quattroflow Fluid Systems GmbH & Co. KG develops and manufactures four-piston diaphragm pumps (Quattroflow®) specifically for critical applications in the biopharmaceutical industry. The pumps convey aqueous solutions and shear-sensitive biological products gently, safely and with low pulsation. The four-piston principle eliminates mechanical shaft seals and wetted rotating parts, enabling complete product containment without abrasion, risk-free dry running, self-priming and minimal particle generation. The pumps are available with multiple-use pump chambers made of stainless steel or as a single-use variant made of plastic, and cover flow rates from 1 ml/min to 16 m³/h. Fields of application include Tangential-Flow Filtration (TFF), chromatography, centrifuge feed, sterile virus filtration, cleaning and inline dilution.
