About HACO-Elektrotechnik

R.E. Hahn GmbH & Co. KG (HACO-Elektrotechnik) is a mid-sized family company based in Pforzheim (Baden-Württemberg) that has been active in the market since 1973. The company manufactures control cabinets and switchgear assemblies built to customer specification for a wide variety of machine and plant types. Manufacturing comprises automated drilling, milling and thread cutting (CAM) using a Modcenter/Perforex system as well as machining centers, followed by painting, assembly, component placement, wiring and testing – in both one-off production and series production. On a 1200 m² production floor, 13 employees work; two crane runways and a loading and unloading ramp complement the equipment. Beyond control cabinet construction, HACO offers engineering services from planning through PLC programming and software integration to commissioning, retrofits, maintenance, electrical documentation and training (EPLAN, SIMATIC). Customers come predominantly from mechanical and plant engineering; delivery takes place within and outside Germany.
