R&W Filtertechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company founded in 1998 with locations in Wuppertal and Cologne, specializing in mechanical solid-liquid separation. The product range includes chamber, membrane and frame filter presses in plate sizes from 300 x 300 mm to 2000 x 2000 mm, fully automatic high-pressure belt filter presses, screw presses and belt thickeners – as new machines from in-house production as well as certified used machines from well-known manufacturers such as Rittershaus & Blecher, Passavant, Schule and Netzsch. In addition to new builds, the company offers factory overhauls, repairs and modernizations of filter presses including CE conformity, as well as spare parts such as filter plates, filter cloths, hydraulics, mechanics and control systems. The service portfolio also includes the planning and construction of complete filter systems with control, measurement and instrumentation technology, feed pumps and dosing systems for flocculants, as well as installation, commissioning, training and maintenance services. With its proprietary Rollfit® process and over 50 years of team experience, R&W Filtertechnik serves industries in industrial filtration and sludge dewatering.
