Sealing technology since 1961
Rabeneick GmbH develops and produces in Augustdorf pipe and cable seals, wall entries (wall penetrations) and accessories for supply and disposal lines. The product range includes single-ring and double-ring seals, capillary seals, split seals, multiple seals, blank seals, double-flange pipe seals, fixed/loose flange seals as well as sleeve pipes made of rigid PVC or fiber cement, graduated from U30 to U1000. Materials used are aging-resistant EPDM rubber, high-strength thermoplastics, stainless steel and brass threaded sleeves (MS 58); stainless steel front plates are matte blast-finished, clamping screws are welded on large seals. In addition to standard products, the company manufactures custom-made products, such as wall entries for heat pumps. The products are supplied to civil engineering, road and sewer construction, well construction, pool and swimming pool construction, geothermal energy, biogas plant construction, plumbing and heating as well as municipal supply and disposal companies, nationally and internationally. The company, which emerged from the plastics department of the former Rabeneick bicycle and motorcycle works, has been managed since 2016 by Hans Hermann Drewes and Frank Venjakob.

Thermoplastic
High-strength, bending-resistant, corrosion-free material for pressure rings, front plates and nail flanges.
Stainless steel
For pressure rings, front plates and flanges, outer surfaces matte blast-finished, clamping screws welded.
Brass MS 58
Threaded sleeves in single-ring seals of size U56-U110.
Rigid PVC
Sleeve pipes for supply and disposal lines.
Fiber cement
Alternative sleeve pipe variant for permanent wall entries.
