About RÄDER-VOGEL
RÄDER-VOGEL is a manufacturer founded in 1946 of drive, load, and guide wheels, track rollers, tires, running wheels, as well as swivel and castor wheels. The range comprises more than 30,000 articles with diameters from 30 mm to 1,800 mm and load capacities of up to 80 tonnes. Production takes place in three plants in Hamburg on around 20,000 m², where more than 30,000 wheels are produced daily with over 25 tread materials. Core processes are the processing of polyurethane elastomers by hot casting (machine casting and hand casting) with subsequent heat treatment as well as injection molding of thermoplastic materials; in addition, machining of the wheel rims, mold making, and post-processing. Customers include companies from intralogistics, conveying technology, raw material extraction and processing, mechanical engineering, stage and amusement ride technology, sewage treatment plant technology, and aviation technology. Custom designs are developed with 3D CAD, FEM calculations, and simulations and tested on the company's own test bench.
