About Raise Robotics

Raise Robotics develops reconfigurable robotic work cells for industrial use on construction sites and in heavy industry. The mobile Work Cell is mounted on its own AGV or on Genie scissor and articulated boom lifts and is controlled by a common software platform. The applications include robotic coating of large structures (pre-release), layout marking from BIM data with ±3 mm accuracy, drilling of anchors and penetrations, fastening of curtain-wall embeds at the slab edge, and 3D scanning with QA/QC documentation. Each unit is configured for one application and runs from CAD, BIM or ship models. The simulation software (Cirque) and the autonomy software (Alpinist) form the software backend; the customer's crew is trained and certified. Deployments exist, among others, in construction (JR Butler, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital) and in partnership with Genie.

Quality & Safety

360° perception, e-stop and speed-limited zones ensure safe operation; every drilled hole is logged and as-built scanning provides a QA/QC record.
