Ralph Schauerte Zerspanungstechnik is a contract manufacturer based in Schmallenberg specialising in precision turned and milled parts as well as waterjet cuts. For more than 15 years, the company has been active as a partner to industry and the skilled trades, producing more than 100,000 turned parts and 30,000 milled parts during this time. Manufacturing is carried out on modern, automated CNC lathes with bar-turned parts up to 80 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length as well as chuck-turned parts up to 400 mm in diameter and 2000 mm in length. Stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics are machined, from single parts to large-scale series. In addition, the company offers welding and the processing of welded assemblies in-house; laser cutting, bending, surface treatments and heat treatments are arranged through a partner network. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and operates an integrated management system combining quality, occupational safety and process management.
