Ramsauer Maschinen AG is an owner-managed family business founded in 1979, based in Oberrohrdorf in the canton of Aargau. Its core business is the trading of new and used machine tools for sheet metal and steel processing, particularly in the areas of punching, sawing, drilling and cut-to-length. Under the name WEIRA Maschinen-Systeme, the company distributes hydraulic hole punching machines, profile steel shears, band saws and customised measuring rail systems; the range also includes CMA drilling systems and thread cutting machines as well as Iberdrill column drilling machines. The company maintains a large warehouse of punching material and punching tools to the standards MUBEA, PEDDINGHAUS, GEKA, SELFER-ALFRA-IMAC and other makes, as well as spare and wear parts for various machines. In addition, repair and service work as well as consulting are offered. The headquarters “CASORA” in Oberrohrdorf offers offices, a warehouse and an exhibition area for new machines and second-hand machines, which can be viewed by appointment.
