RAUH-Hydraulik GmbH, founded in 1973, is an owner-managed system partner for hydraulics and pneumatics headquartered in Bamberg. The core of the company's own manufacturing is the assembly of hydraulic hose lines in series and to customer specification; cumulatively, well over one million meters of assembled hose lines have been produced to date. In addition, the company manufactures hydraulic power units, modules, assemblies and pipe bends, produces its own piston rods and cylinder tubes for cylinder repair, and offers engineering including CAD planning with 3-D data sets. As a Parker Certified Accumulator Service Center and authorized Tronair Service Center (GSE, aviation ground support), repair, testing and maintenance round out the service portfolio. Production takes place at 14 manufacturing sites, including the production hall opened in Trosdorf in 2013; in total, a network of 17 own locations in Germany is available.

Since 1993 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV Süd, being one of the first hydraulic companies ever. Traceability of the hose lines is ensured via the RSID system (RAUH Hose IDent) with documented coding and labeling; hydraulic accumulators are tested according to DGRL (Pressure Equipment Directive).
