Company
Rausch International Group GmbH, headquartered in Weißensberg, develops and produces systems for the optical inspection of pipes and sewers as well as for trenchless sewer rehabilitation. The portfolio includes TV inspection systems and leak testing systems, tractor systems such as the Tractor 90 and 135, camera systems (KS 60, KS 135), push rod systems for small pipe diameters, milling robots as well as UV curing systems and intensity measurement systems for liners. The products are modular in design and can be combined via wireless safety quick connectors. Manufacturing takes place at the Weißensberg site with a vertical integration of more than 90 percent: from prototype development including software, through electronic and mechanical production, to final assembly of all components and vehicle outfitting. Push rod systems, robotic systems and UV technology are produced at the Immenstadt site. With subsidiaries in the USA and UK as well as partners and service centres worldwide, customers from sewer and pipe inspection, wastewater disposal and industrial pipe inspection are served.
