The Company

RB Cema AG is a specialised manufacturing company for automatic turned parts in medium and large batches, based in Biberist in the canton of Solothurn. Production is carried out exclusively on CNC multi-spindle automatic lathes from Tornos; turned parts with diameters from 4 mm to 16 mm are manufactured, and in exceptional cases even smaller. The machine park comprises 20 multi-spindle machines with loading magazines for automated production, as well as attachment devices for milling, drilling, polygon turning and thread machining. All parts undergo 100% inspection or optical sorting. The company was founded in 1993, employs ten staff and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The automatic turned parts are produced for all industrial sectors.
