About REACNOSTICS
REACNOSTICS GmbH, based in Hamburg, models, designs and builds chemical research reactors for spatially resolved investigation of catalytic processes. The product portfolio comprises Compact, Bench and Pilot Scale Profile Reactors, Liquid Phase Profile Reactors as well as μ-DRIFTS spectroscopy cells. With these systems, concentration, temperature and flow fields within reactors can be measured and the local state of the catalyst characterized through spatially resolved spectroscopy. In addition, the company offers CFD simulations, reactor modeling, AI-based catalyst screening, kinetic model development as well as contract R&D and consulting on reactor, catalyst and process. Applications range from methanol synthesis, CO2 methanation and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to E-Fuels and the HPPO process, as well as ammonia and ethylene oxide synthesis. The goal is to make catalytic reactors transparent and to base their optimization on knowledge rather than trial-and-error.
