About REGIO Plus Präzisionstechnik
REGIO Plus Präzisionstechnik GmbH specialises in high-precision CNC machining of complex milled and turned parts made from metal and plastic – from prototyping and zero and small series through to series production. The service portfolio includes CNC turning with Y-axis and driven tools, 3- and 5-axis milling, high-speed cutting (HSC), and fine and finishing operations such as cylindrical and surface grinding, honing, roller burnishing, superfinishing and dynamic balancing. The offering is complemented by mechanical and electromechanical assembly, machine and fixture building, maintenance of drive shafts and gearboxes, as well as CAD design and CAM programming. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering, medical technology, electronics, automotive, aerospace, optics, tool and die making, and metrology. The group combines four sites in Baden-Württemberg: the headquarters in St. Georgen in the Black Forest as well as Stockach (ZH-Zerspanungstechnik), Trossingen (REGIO PT) and Denzlingen (Karl Hoch). Certified to DIN ISO 9001 and AD2000, including re-stamping authorisation. With EXPRESS+, the company delivers complex milled parts within two weeks.
