About Reichle Technologiezentrum
Reichle Technologiezentrum GmbH is a surface technology service center for tool and mold making, operating across Europe, headquartered in Bissingen/Teck near Stuttgart. The service portfolio includes laser texturing with femto laser technology, laser and TIG welding, rework of cast parts of all alloys, high-gloss polishing and contour restoration as well as engraving, straight-line grinding and sandblasting. Treated primarily are injection molding tools and molds made of tool steel as well as cast parts of all alloys; in the femto laser field also transparent plastics, silicone and PUR for lighting applications. Casting part rework covers over 300,000 repaired components per year on more than 2,500 m² of production and storage space, with finished cast parts welded without thermal distortion and returned ready for installation. With the in-house Advanced Design and R+D Center, conceptual design developments are also realized from idea to prototype. Customers include companies from the automotive, plastics/injection mold making, medical technology, consumer goods and optics sectors, including LAMY, Vorwerk, LEONHARD KURZ and FORVIA HELLA. A Europe-wide on-site service for welding work complements the offering.

Quality and Inspection
High-precision measuring systems capture and document polishing quality and dimensional accuracy; dimensional inspections are carried out before and after polishing work within a tolerance range of 0.01 mm. In casting part rework, only series-ready-for-installation, drawing-compliant good parts are returned.
