Your Partner for Foundry Technology
Reißaus & Baumberg Maschinenbau GmbH develops, designs and produces user-specific solutions for mold and core technology in foundries. The product range includes core shooting machines for Cold-Box, CO², SO², Warmbox, Hot-Box, Croning and inorganic processes with core weights from 3.5 to 200 kg, fully automatic core production systems with robots, impulse and jolt-squeeze molding machines for greensand, continuous mixers for the No-Bake process based on furan, phenol, polyurethane or water glass, as well as core sand preparation systems with capacities up to 10,000 kg/h. In addition, the company supplies dipping and flooding tanks for coating, transport systems, amine supply, steel construction, and carries out system installation, maintenance and overhaul. The complete solutions are planned and manufactured on a project basis and assembled at the customer's site; references exist in foundries with different production portfolios. At the Pegau OT Werben site near Leipzig, 50 employees work in project engineering, design, production, marketing and sales. The company was founded in 1996 by Dipl.-Ing. Günter Reißaus on the basis of many years of experience in the development and production of foundry machines (GISAG) and supplies markets both domestically and abroad.
