About Remoplast
Remoplast Kunststoffverarbeitung specialises in thermoplastic vacuum forming (deep drawing) and manufactures housings and technical functional parts for mechanical engineering and the automotive industry, moulded parts and claddings for rehabilitation technology and laboratory technology, special cases, moulded parts for the furniture industry as well as counter claddings and mobile retail systems for shopfitting. In addition, three-dimensionally deep-drawn, milled or bent acrylic glass products are produced; the base areas of the components reach up to 2450 x 1450 mm. The company carries out the integrated mould and tool making itself: On a CNC machining centre, tools are made from aluminium, including thermoforming tools and tools for GRP parts. Tool development is carried out throughout with CAD-CAM support based on 3D models, 2D drawings, prototypes and product descriptions; STEP, IGES, SAT, VDA and DXF are supported as CAD interfaces. Thanks to the integrated tool making, change requests can be implemented at short notice. The company is based in Simmersfeld-Ettmannsweiler in Baden-Württemberg and is represented by Gerd Rentschler, a master craftsman in body and vehicle construction.
