About Renz & Wacker
Renz & Wacker is a machine factory with an affiliated toolmaking shop in Bad Wildbad (Black Forest). The company develops and builds automatic rivet upset machines for the production of hot-welded bi- and trimetal contacts. Four machine types (AN 0 / WS, AN 0 Bi / WS, AN 1 / WS and AN 7 / WS) cover the rivet program for shank diameters from 1.5 mm; the machines comply with the applicable DIN and safety regulations and can be equipped for different voltages and frequencies. In toolmaking, plastic injection molds as well as complete machines, assemblies and individual parts are produced. In addition, the company offers CNC milling, drilling, surface and cylindrical grinding, boring mill machining, sawing, welding, painting, die sinking EDM and contract machining of customer parts including material procurement and design optimization. Customers come mainly from mechanical engineering, toolmaking, automation technology and contact manufacturing for electrical engineering.
