About Replique
Replique is a digital contract manufacturer for industrial components headquartered in Mannheim. Via its own platform and a worldwide network of qualified production partners (over 250 partners in 50+ countries), the company offers technology-neutral manufacturing: 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, SLM/DMLS, MJF, Binder Jetting), casting (sand casting, investment casting, die casting, permanent mold casting, centrifugal casting), CNC machining, forging and injection molding. The offering is complemented by engineering services such as design, reverse engineering, DfAM optimization, FEM simulation and feasibility studies as well as a Material Hub with over 400 materials. The material range includes plastics (PA12, PA11, TPU, ABS, PC), resins, metals (AlSi10Mg, stainless steel 316L/17-4PH, titanium Ti64, Inconel 625), cast iron (GG, GGG), aluminum, copper and bronze alloys as well as ceramics and fiber composites. Replique delivers everything from prototypes to small and large series of up to 10,000+ pieces through to spare parts and digital warehousing. Customers come from the rail industry, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, motorsport and consumer goods, including Alstom, MAN, Miele and Roche.
