Precision turned parts made in Swabia
Richard Moser KG from Bubsheim on the Swabian Alb manufactures precision turned parts for customers from mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, hydraulics and magnetic technology. Its core competencies include vertical turning based on deep-drawn and stamped semi-finished parts, CNC long and short turning in small, medium and large series, and the production of multi-spindle turned parts on conventional multi-spindle automatic lathes. Prototypes and sample parts are also produced economically. More than 100 production machines run in three shifts on 6,800 m² of production space. The quality management system according to IATF 16949:2016 is networked with the in-house developed ASKMO software from production planning through to logistics; an environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015 is certified. Thanks to photovoltaic systems, the company can supply its facilities largely with climate-neutral electricity. The turned parts are appreciated and used worldwide.
