About Riedel Filtertechnik
Riedel Filtertechnik GmbH, headquartered in Leopoldshöhe near Bielefeld, is a German company with a long tradition, founded in 1920, specializing in plant and mechanical engineering. With around 130 employees, the company develops and manufactures customized systems for industrial dedusting, odor reduction and pneumatic transport of bulk materials. The portfolio includes bag, cartridge and pocket filters with clean-gas dust contents below 1.0 mg/m³, Venturi scrubbers, cyclone and swirl separators, central vacuum cleaning systems as well as patented technologies such as SACU tobtronic®, FPC pipe couplings, the cold plasma odor reduction system COPLAS clean and product recovery solutions (WinU⁺, TIRS). Services also include automation including in-house control cabinet manufacturing, software development, machine and special plant engineering, as well as lifetime services with spare parts, maintenance, training and retrofits. Core markets are the tobacco, tire/rubber, sugar, food, pet food and compound feed industries; the company supplies over 100 countries. The main site in Leopoldshöhe houses production, a training center and its own research and development technical center, with a further production plant in Künsebeck, Halle (Westf.).

Processes & Materials
Stainless steel
Used for discharge elements such as rotary valves and discharge screws, especially for hygienic and corrosion-exposed applications.
Mild steel
Proven construction material for plant components and spare parts in standard applications.
Aluminium
Used for aluminium pipes, e.g. in on-site customizing of mobile systems.
Filter media
Individually manufactured filter bags, filter hoses and filter cartridges for dedusting systems.
Cold plasma technology COPLAS clean
Patented non-thermal plasma technology for chemical-free odor reduction in exhaust air streams.
Conveying air control SACU tobtronic®
Patented control of conveying air for gentle pneumatic bulk material transport.
Process air control PAC/MAC
Automated control of process air volume flows from 180 to 7,000 m³/h for energy savings.
JET-Matic filter series (JMT)
Bag filter series developed since 1975 and still the core product of the dedusting technology.
