About us
Rimuss & Strada Wein AG, based in Hallau in the Schaffhausen Klettgau, develops, produces and markets grape juice, wine and sparkling wine specialities. Founded in 1954 by Jakob Rahm, the company today employs around 35 staff, making it one of the leading Swiss wineries, and works with more than 200 grape suppliers from the Schaffhausen Blauburgunderland, the Canton of Zurich and the Bündner Herrschaft. The production range includes the sparkling premium grape juice Rimuss, produced since 1954, alcohol-free sparkling wine specialities such as Rimuss Secco, as well as wines and sparkling wines made from Pinot Noir under the brands Strada Mousseux and Graf von Spiegelberg. Over 6 million bottles are filled every year (as of 2019). Following the acquisition by Andrea Davaz and the conversion into Rimuss & Strada Wein AG in 2019, the range was extended to include the Strada sparkling wine, produced under gentle fermentation.
