Rischmüller GmbH, based in Stadthagen, is a specialist company for compressors, vacuum pumps and compressed air treatment. The company provides brand-independent maintenance and servicing of compressed air, vacuum and treatment systems, carries out repairs and re-bearing of compressor and vacuum stages, and supports recurring inspections in accordance with BetrSichV, DGUV R 100-500 and TRBS, up to and including pressure vessel inspections. In the field of engineering, Rischmüller analyses and advises on demand and energy efficiency, sizes compressed air treatment with filters, refrigeration dryers, adsorption dryers and tandem dryers, and supplies new or rental systems of rotary compressors (5–2 x 250 kW) and screw compressors (5–500 kW, 4–10 bar). In addition, the portfolio includes pipework construction DN 15 to DN 200 including compressed air receivers and leakage control. Besides compressing atmospheric air, the company also maintains systems for compressing technical gases such as biogas, sewage gas and hydrogen. The location west of Hanover enables short response times and high service availability in northern Germany; international deployments are also possible.

Rotary compressors
Drive power 5 – 2 x 250 kW, gauge pressure from 2 bar, IE 5 asynchronous motor with frequency inverter.
Screw compressors
Drive power 5 – 500 kW, gauge pressure 4 – 10 bar, speed-controlled from 11 kW, optionally IE 4 permanent-magnet motors.
Compressed air treatment
Refrigeration dryers, compressed air filters, adsorption dryers, activated carbon adsorbers and tandem dryers for compressed air quality in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010.

The inspection activity covers recurring inspections in accordance with BetrSichV, DGUV R 100-500, TRBS 1201 Part 2 and TRBS 1203 by competent persons or in cooperation with ZÜS. Risk assessments in accordance with ArbSchG as well as TÜV accompaniments complement the range of services.
