RIVATEC GmbH, based in Rinteln-Engern, is a system partner for demanding handling technology with a focus on vacuum and compressed-air technology. The company has been on the market since 1976 and has supported the UniGripper vacuum area gripping system since 1997. Its core business comprises custom area grippers for (de-)palletizing and pick-and-place tasks, which are manufactured on the basis of approved designs and undergo a function test before delivery. The portfolio is complemented by standard area grippers (UniGripper SMS 80/120, lengths up to 6000 mm), special grippers such as BagGripper, CoilGripper, HoverGripper and magnetic M-Gripper, as well as cobot area grippers (Co/Light). In the field of vacuum technology, RIVATEC offers vacuum suction cups, vacuum generators (ejectors, pumps from 0.1–30 kW, side channel blowers 0.25–18.5 kW) and vacuum components; in pneumatics, cylinders, valves, measurement and control technology as well as compressed-air preparation. Customers include special-purpose machine builders and end customers from industries such as wood processing, food and packaging industry, automotive, logistics, mechanical engineering, building materials and chemical industry.
